Make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging.
Products that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time and must be shipped from the United States.
Use the pre-paid return shipping label or your own standard return shipping.

Merchandise returned to shop.diesel.com will be processed within 7-14 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment and your financial institution may take longer (one to two billing cycles) to reflect the transaction. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
If you chose your own return shipping method, all return shipping charges must be pre-paid. DIESEL cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. We recommend shipping returned merchandise via UPS for tracking purposes. Please be sure to request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. DIESEL will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged. Shipping charges for returned item(s) are the client’s responsibility.
You can return items purchased on shop.diesel.com to one of the Diesel Stores listed below within 30 days of purchase date. Just follow the steps listed below:
Locate your preferred Diesel Store (please reference the list below for participating locations)
Bring the item(s) that you want to return to the Diesel Store. Do not forget the original invoice including the pre-paid return label. When possible, please bring the item(s) in the original shipping box.
Save the tracking number displayed on the pre-paid return label. This will give you the opportunity to monitor your return.
Diesel staff will help you manage your returns. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original form of payment used when shopping online once we have received your return. After the return is received and we have verified that all of the conditions have been met, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that the refund has been issued.
